Core requirements

When a user posts a new node of a specified type, an email should be sent to all members of a role.

Hint: Use mailinator.com for disposable email addresses.  Just register new users as user1@mailinator.com, user2@mailinator.com and you can check it on mailinator.com, no registration required.
 

The administrator should be able to configure which types to activate the emailing for. So if the admin only wants new "article" pages to trigger an email, they should be able to configure it.
